Rebutto is a web-based tool that helps merchants create formatted evidence packages for payment dispute (chargeback) responses. The Service maps your uploaded evidence to the specific fields required by payment processors including Stripe, PayPal, Shopify, Etsy, and Amazon.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Rebutto does not guarantee that you will win your dispute. Win rates depend on many factors outside our control, including the nature of the dispute, the evidence available, and the payment processor's decision-making process. The win rate estimates provided by Rebutto are informational only and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of any outcome.

4. Not Legal Advice

Rebutto is a formatting and organization tool, not a legal service. The Service does not provide legal advice. For legal questions about your specific dispute, consult a qualified attorney.

5. Pricing and Payment

• Rebutto charges a flat fee of $9.99 per dispute package
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• All sales are final — due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds after a package has been generated and downloaded
• Prices are subject to change with notice posted on the website

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful evidence for your disputes
• Not use the Service to submit fraudulent or misleading evidence
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The evidence packages generated by Rebutto are yours to use. However, the Service itself, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is the intellectual property of Rebutto and may not be copied or reproduced.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebutto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue from disputed transactions, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific dispute package in question.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep Rebutto available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the website.
